However, we will retain your data as long as your account is active or as long as we need your personal data to provide a certain service.

Right to object
Each customer may object to the processing of their personal data. The customer may at any time, free of charge and without further justification, object to the intended processing of their personal data if the data was obtained for marketing purposes.
You also have the right to request that all personal data obtained that is incomplete or irrelevant be removed and/or that it may not be used, regardless of the processing purpose. This also applies to personal data that may not be recorded, disclosed and retained, or personal data that is still stored after the permitted period. You can exercise this right at any time, free of charge and without further justification.
The customer can exercise this right by means of a signed written request addressed to Fietsen De Flandrien sent by registered mail. Fietsen De Flandrien undertakes to take appropriate measures within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the request.
Right of access
Each customer who can prove their identity has the right to access all information concerning the processing of their personal data by Fietsen De Flandrien, as set out in the Privacy Protection Act. This includes information about the purposes of processing, the type of data processed and the categories of recipients to whom the data is provided. This privacy statement is a first indication.
The customer can exercise this right by means of a signed written request addressed to Fietsen De Flandrien sent by registered mail. Fietsen De Flandrien undertakes to take appropriate measures within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the request.
Right of correction
Fietsen De Flandrien attaches great importance to collecting accurate data. Incorrect or incomplete personal data can therefore always be corrected or even deleted.
Since we cannot always be aware of any errors, incompleteness or inaccuracies in your personal data, it is up to you, the customer, to report inaccuracies or omissions and make the necessary corrections to your registered data.
If you cannot do this yourself, please contact us by means of a signed written request sent by registered mail. Fietsen De Flandrien will take the necessary measures within fifteen (15) working days by modifying or correcting your personal data or by deleting it. Since deletion mainly relates to visibility, deleted personal data may remain temporarily stored.
Applicable law and competent courts
Belgian law applies to this site. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Antwerp shall have jurisdiction.
Invoicing
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within 10 calendar days after invoice date. In the event of non-payment of all or part of the price, the outstanding amount shall automatically and without prior notice of default be increased by an annual interest of 12% and a fixed compensation of 10%, with a minimum of 75 EURO. Any non-payment makes the outstanding invoices immediately due and entitles the seller, after notice of default, either to suspend future deliveries or to terminate the agreement, without prejudice to the right to compensation.
Failure to honour appointments, whether made verbally, in writing or otherwise, will result in a fixed compensation of €75.

Other repairs — €22.00 per 15 minutes
- All other repairs are charged per quarter hour
Call-out fee
- Antwerp city centre and surrounding municipalities: €15.00
- From 3 bicycles in Antwerp city centre: free
- Adjacent municipalities: €25.00
- Greater Antwerp area: price on request
Important
- Labour rates include 6% VAT – parts 21% VAT
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: €75 fee
- Installation of parts not purchased from us: adjusted labour rate €38 per quarter hour
- Diagnosis or quotation after accident: minimum €75
